We want to see the contemporary atmosphere on the Vltava and take a stroll along the river, the longest river in the Czech Republic which flows through the centre of Prague and the river played a fundamental role in the foundation of the city. The waters are used to drink and used to irrigate the steppe regions. Because of its importance in the country, the Vltava has mythological status, the panoramic views over the river and of the historic buildings🏛🛕 beside along its banks are unrivalled. At is a retro atmosphere around this place, walk through Street to the cosy promenade offering a fantastic view of this main symbol of Prague🏙🏙🏙. Prague is the capital and largest city in the Czech Republic is a landlocked country, right in the middle of Europe and is of great significance from a historical, political, and cultural point of view, among others. Nicknamed “the City of a Hundred Spires,” the city has a rich architectural heritage🏛🏛🏛 that reflects both the currents of history in Bohemia and an urban life extending back more than 1,000 years. This historic atmosphere with colorful baroque buildings, Gothic churches and the medieval Astronomical Clock, and narrow, winding streets are testament to its centuries-old role as capital of the historic region. Its capital, Prague, is located in the north-west of the country, on the Vltava River, a stream of shimmering sunlight hits the Vltava River running through the center of Prague. Reflections of medieval buildings shimmer along the riverbank on the new town side of the city. The winding course of the Vltava, with its succession of bridges🌉🌉🌉 and changing vistas, reflections of medieval buildings shimmer along the riverbank, contrasts with the ever-present backdrop of the great castle of Hradčany (Prague Castle). However almost all of the streets are cobbled and by the Vltava River with its Gothic grace and Renaissance architecture, museums and baroque style churches and bridges.

We are huge fan of Airbnb when travelling across Europe. They have a fantastic range of places to stay and always offer great value. Airbnb can be found in the major cities and towns, though the vast majority of properties are located in Prague. Price of accommodation in Prague as higher, we are looking for budget double private room🛏🛏🛏 stay but must have a kitchen🍽🍴🥄 for us to cook our own food. Search for Airbnb, we choose a place that have a little distance to the town, and we stay for 6 day in Prague, Czech Republic. Although the room located outland of city, but don’t know why very raise clamour. While the arrange of the room is similarly as the picture in Airbnb , it’s has facilities of double bed, simple kitchen and modern bathroom🚿🚽🧻 but they totally haven’t prepared sundries such as shampoo, body wash and cooking ingredients which the host promise us. Most important the room only prepared only one of the small rubbish bag😲😲😲 plus don’t have any dustbin. Normally for guests whose stay a few day the host would prepared extra rubbish bag, a piece of small rubbish bag must not enough especially like us who would cooking by ourselves. Ask host provide a few of rubbish bag for next day, the host give us a lot excuse but finally don’t have any prepared🙄🙄🙄. Compare to other during our Europe journey trip, the accommodation in Prague is very terrible.

The restaurant use traditional method involves the fish being suspended in smokehouses over slowly smouldering wood shavings. This ancient technique was utilized out of necessity in the past. Today the restaurants harness this process to greatly enhance the texture and flavor of fish.

It is also insanely fresh, mild flesh making it haven`t any “fishy smell “, part of the fish for smoking stems from its fantastic fat content which gives it a rich flavor along with its flesh structure which is naturally flaky. Mix a fresh of lemon, it will give us a fresh taste. Although this smoked fish recipe is simple but it gives us swoon😋😋😋 over for this dish. This price of one smoked fish is 25zł (5.75 €).

If you’re heading to Krakow Poland, not only stick with authentic restaurants and quaint cafes. Don’t get me wrong, there are some amazing meals to be had at a gazillion restaurants that’ll take you all night to enjoy. But now we talking about street food🍔🥖🌯, Polish street food is still very much alive. A stroll through Krakow’s Rynek Główny (Market Square), or the Old Town will invariably reveal Polish street food in all its glory, from terribly satisfying cheesy treats and juicy cuts of meat with all the best toppings and sauces to freshly baked pastries. The Polish streets foods are filled with affordable local delights, these cheap🤩🤩🤩 eats are a great way to explore a country’s cuisine without spending too much cash. It’s also great idea for when you have limited time in a city.

It is worth mentioning that some of food that we savour are not considered traditional by Poles themselves or maybe not be Polish food but for us most important is delicious😋😋😋!!! We start with the Obwarzanek the bakers who created it dates back to the Middle Ages, a thin bagel or simplified pretzel with sold from blue rolling carts on every in street corners and squares in Krakow. A cheaper typical snack with the price of 1.80zł(0.41€), braided ring-shaped bread that is boiled ingredients with sesame seeds, salt and cheese🧀🧀🧀 as well. A fragrant aroma let us busy to find out where they come from and my feet follow blindly took me to that smell of freshly baked goods. A stall selling a kind of spit cake, called Trozkol a traditional treat that’s the dough is baked by an open fire🔥🔥🔥, rotisserie-style, it is wrapped around rotating wood or metal bars and roasted until its golden brown and topped with sugar, cinnamon and walnut mix. The Trozkol is a sweet pastry has got something to suit every sweet tooth. It`s so fresh, while you make order where they’re made outside as you watch. And it does look delectable, golden brown and still steaming from the fire. They are boasts a wide variety, you can get them filled with chocolate🍫🍫🍫, Nutella, caramel, jam or whatever’s in the pantry. We ordered Nutella flavor of Trozkol cake and it was well worth the wait. Hot spread of golden lightly crispy makes from thick and soft dough and inside with thick an irresistible combination of Nutella and roasted hazelnuts. The rich, slightly nutty and cinnamon flavour of hazelnuts floods your mouth first😋😋😋. Almost immediately you become aware of the texture — so soft and clinging to your tongue as you press it against the roof of your mouth. Then comes aromas of burnt sugar for caramelized richness that shoots up through the roots of your teeth straight to the top of your head, the of chocolate leaves a last lingering taste🥰🥰🥰.

In Europe, Pizza🍕🍕🍕 is a popular food. It can find everywhere even in restaurant and food trucks. In Krakow, they use original Italian ingredients and dough is perfect and the combination of ingredients farmer’s cheese, potatoes🥔🥔🥔 and onions🧅🧅🧅, plus sausage, bacon, cream sauce and spring onions.
