As a country renowned rich in discoveries numerous of historicism architecture and extensive bogs, Estonia with situated the northernmost of the three Baltic states, from the sourth of country that reach to the Latvia and to the east is Lake Peipus and Russia. It’s bucolic islands with an allure all of its own, the territory of Estonia that including 2,222 islands on eastern coast of the Baltic Sea, the island’s special blend of traditional, numerous cultural and archaeological sites but meanwhile is influenced by a humid continental climate. Prepare and enjoy for a relaxing cruise from or to the Finland and Sweden set sail, its capital Tallinn bordered to the north by the Gulf of Finland and meanwhile also to the west by the Baltic Sea across from Sweden. Tallinn and Tartu are the two largest cities, though Helsinki, across the Gulf of Finland, is closer to Tallinn than Tartu is.

But sometime we also must take the public transport to the other destination. In Tallinn want reaching farther out destinations that can use the city’s public transport of buses, trolleybus and trams. Tallinn’s public transportation system is use the same ticketing-system, on which the same tickets can be used for trams, trolleybuses, and city buses. Each time you board a vehicle, swipe the tickets/cards in front of the orange validator to validate the ride. The tickets/cards are divide into three type of tickets. The simplest version is the 1-hour QR ticket (€1.50) which can be purchased either on the website tallinn.pilet.ee or with a mobile app. Or you can be purchased 1-hour QR ticket with contactless interfaces machine by using Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron bank cards. Easy for look of validators at the front of the vehicle with the contactless payment logo. But other types of ticket are not available using this payment method.

Taxis also are one of the common transports during your vacation. In Tallinn city, Taxis can be found lined-up at taxi stands (in front of larger hotels and in several locations just outside Old Town) and can be ordered on the phone or via various mobile apps. Even you can check the prices first, which should posted on the taxi’s right rear window, but most better ask the driver the approximate cost of the trip in advance or use a taxi ordering app. In Tallinn, the taxicabs fees with charge a starting fee (max. €5.50) and per kilometre rates (€1.10/km). For my suggestion, in Tallinn download and using private taxi ordering apps for assured the taxi fees, most important fees to be cheaper than taxicabs.
