The Ojców National Park is extremely worth for visit not just for connecting with nature, but also undoubtedly the food! A tiny village packed with restaurants🍕🥗🍖, pubs☕🍸🍻 and cottage, the best part is that you can have a hearty meal. While, walk through this village, met up and chat with local traveller and they recommend us the popular dish here “Smoking Fish”🐟🐟🐟. Us, as food lover🤤🤤🤤 must not miss off it!!! The restaurant use traditional method involves the fish being suspended in smokehouses over slowly smouldering wood shavings. This ancient technique was utilized out of necessity in the past. Today the restaurants harness this process to greatly enhance the texture and flavor of fish.
A whole of smoked fish dishes is come up, using fork🍴🍴🍴 take out fillets with the skin, the meat of the fish is soft and easily peels away in tender and also flaky chunks as it is infused with all the flavors of sweet smoky wood. Wow.. This fish dishes give us a delightful😄😄😄 and delicious flavor. It is also insanely fresh, mild flesh making it haven`t any “fishy smell “, part of the fish for smoking stems from its fantastic fat content which gives it a rich flavor along with its flesh structure which is naturally flaky. Mix a fresh of lemon, it will give us a fresh taste. Although this smoked fish recipe is simple but it gives us swoon😋😋😋 over for this dish. This price of one smoked fish is 25zł (5.75 €).
Now a moment, for us nothing is more relaxing😝😝😝 than a walk through the forests of mountain, breath the pure of fresh air, enjoying the majestic views of cliffs and visiting charming village. Of cause, don’t forget their traditional and delicious food…
