We think everybody know Thailand is a shopping heaven so a lot of people when travel at Thailand will buy a lot of goods. Did you know that in Thailand as long as you purchase the specified amount at the designated store, you can refund the tax. So now, follow our step to know how to refund the tax, when you purchase above 2000 baht you can refund the tax. We will separate the two parts to make it easier for you to understand.

Who can claim VAT refunds?
– A non Thai resident who has been in Thailand less than 180 days in one year.
– A non Thai resident who is not a crew member of an airline.
– A non Thai resident who departs Thailand by air from an International airport.
VAT refunds only apply to goods taken out of Thailand within 60 days from the date of purchase.

At the shop:
Step1: You must purchase above 💲💲💲2000 baht (VAT included) at the designated store at the same day.
Note: you can combine the receipt at the same shop and at same day for total 2000 baht.

Step 2: Ask the store and show your passport and original receipt and fill the VAT Refund Form (P.P 10 Form) where your purchase your commodity. For example like we purchases at Tokyu Department Store, for 2 items at the same day total is above 2000 baht so we can do the refund tax at there.

Step 3: (REMEMBER) Must keep the VAT Refund Form and ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

At the airport:
Step 1: When arrived the airport you must go to　＂Customs Inspection For VAT Refund＂to show your VAT Refund Form + ORIGINAL RECEIPT+ Passport + Commodity to let them stamp. It is very very very important because WITHOUT THE CUSTOMS STAMP YOU CAN NOT REFUND THE MONEY. Sometime some officers will ask you to shows your commodity so is better bringing your commodity. And other people also can’t to line up for you. For whose flight same as us is at Suvarnabhumi Airport you can direct go to level 4 and Gate10, Customs Inspection For VAT Refund the just beside it.

Step 2: Check in and passport control.

Step 3: After Immigration counter , it got two ＂VAT Refund For Tourist Office ＂, one is on your right hand side and one on your left hand side.

Step 4: At the ＂VAT Refund For Tourist＂ you just give them your VAT Refund Form with CUSTOMS STAMP and passport and they will refund the cash to you. After that you can go to shopping again. Just a small tips, sometime got a lot of peoples line up for refund tax so after you refund the tax you just go to buy buy buy🛍🛍🛍 otherwise you flight fly fly fly🛫🛫🛫 and you will cry cry cry😭😭😭.

As our time Bangkok trip we choose stay at Sukhumvit is rich from restaurants🥢🍽 and bars/ nightclub🍻🥂 to the shopping 🛍🛍and modern hotels which are a road for every mood. Sukhumvit is the longest road in Thailand and it runs across the middle of this district with the perennial traffic jam. The sky train🚊🚊 covering most of road which runs through most of its downtown stretch, that make us easy to arrive in every area. Sukhumvit may not be brimming with top-name attractions, but it’s still popular with a vibrant night scene, restaurants, malls, and markets.

Stay on the hotel in one of the Sukhumvit road, called Nana streets only a short walk from the Nana BTS Sky Train station. The street is located in the heart of the bustling business and entertainment district in Bangkok, a great mix of fancy with connects the high-rise business hub🏙 🏙 🏙sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with early-20th-century revivalist building. We loved for strolling of the street and view for some buildings have verdant gardens tucked alongside, while some building have flowering plant🌹🌺🌻 clinging to their white facades. A dozen buildings collective taste for modern and colorful fusion of architectural.

At Nana streets, you can a walk able in one street are home to numerous restaurants serving cuisine around the world from small hole-in-the-wall-type establishments to fancy restaurant where groups of friends and family gather to make the transition from day to night. Anything from Western Restaurant🍴🥄 like popular of USA, Australian and Italian dishes to the Argentinian and Peruvian dishes. Walk in a few steps away, you also can try Asia dishes in the Japan🥢🥢, Indian, Korean Restaurant or try one of the menu at Dubai Restaurant.

Many men👨🧑 go to Bangkok for find garments tailor made a new suit. Nana Street has some tailors shop that prepared several fittings to ensure that your suit is perfect. Alternatively, here are numerous small massage parlours where you can experience a traditional Thai massage or a reflexology foot massage. You can same as us walk🚶‍🚶‍ a few minute or take the sky train just 1 station to the Terminal 21 shopping mall🏢 🏢 with the design concept as several different style of famous charateristic of cities under one roof. It concept create as an airport that a crisscrossing of escalators and electronic display boards that bring to mind flight information displays at an airport terminal. We are glad for our shopping in the different levels of the mall with represent different countries destinations. Sure we also enjoy eat the delicious local Thai dishes on the shopping mall.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Nana Street is preparing by the nightly of Bangkok, the sociable from clubs to the next of bars either side of the street. In terms of variety restaurant and cafes, from a simple dining to something to eat has morphed into a two or three hour event accompanied. But the food is secondary to the social element, and it’s the Thailand enthusiasm for liquor🍹🍻🥂that makes it the happiest of happy hours. There are more clubs, rooftop bars and late-night spots, drinker can indulge with serves multiple varieties of the liquor. Hip hop club taking control of the sound system with a live dance🕺💃 crew pop and lock on the central stage to keep the crowd energized. Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, a great place for soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying panoramic views of the city. Many other bars on the street, beers start at just 70 baht for a bottle for Chang, of course 80 baht and above for all others beers. For a designated happy hour, some bars do the promotion for a glass of red wine🍷 🍷🍷or white wine just needs 80baht. A few of tables it does have are snapped up early, so most likely you will be standing shoulder to shoulder with a varied clientele of ex-pats, tourists and a few Thais.

We stay on the Aspira Hiptique Hotel, the location is quiet good just we mention above. This modern room with featuring simple interiors and bright. Bed🛏🛏 and pillows are so far so good and we can sleep quietly. But the service is very poor and the staffs have very poor attitude. We stay in 7 day, the cleaning service is very bad, the dustbin in the toilet doesn’t clean up😔 😔😔from our start check in date. On last few days, we only asked not need cleanup for 1 day, but the next day also hasn’t cleans our room. I go to ask the RECEPTION WOMEN STAFF and tell her remember ask the CLEANER to clean up our room at next day. She is very rude and scold me, she command us leave our room let the cleaner would come to clean our room on next day 8.00am morning. We are very angry😡 😡😡and rebuke her, we are customer why must follow their time and remember clean up our room while we are go out. When we go back to our country, we found some of our costumes (haven’t wear it) are dirty, we doubt is the hotel staffs make it. We would not recommend👎 👎this hotel. If you want to stay this location not need worry because nearby got a lot of hotel.

Historic of buildings, lush garden patios and local folklore, this village has always stood in the shadows of traditional Thai identity. For those looking to experience old Bangkok Memories, you can visit Silom Village the last village Thai traditional old style on Silom road, a walk distance from Surasak BTS Sky train Stations🚊🚊🚊. Although the name is “Silom Village”, but don’t misunderstand that it is a village. We just can say It is a hotel🏡🏡🏡 + restaurant 🍽🥢🍻+ and some shop lot🛍 🛍🛍.Although it’s not a village but you still can walk slowly through and enjoy each and every traditional building you lay eyes upon.

A “panya-style” building (unique house design with a square-shaped wooden roof in southern Thai style) stands in majestic splendor. Apart from this front building, a row of some 10 other teak houses lay. Did you see, we are close to our eyes👀👀👀 for view for the hundred year of building full of exquisite and beautiful architecture. Although it has over many years, with attentive of conservation the ancient teak houses, between teak wood and teak wood haven’t any orifice, incorporate them into a charming example of ancient Thai architecture. The plants🌲🌳 and flowers 🌻🥀cover the village in nature green colour, which gives the Silom village a calm and peaceful atmosphere. 

There are lots of small shops all the way around the Silom village and, in the middle an open-air restaurant area. Although Thailand is in a hot weather all year round, Thai residents have a passion for hot pot and a love for barbecue. Seafood lovers do not miss out char-grilled seafood buffet dinner featuring a wide selection of seafood and easy find in everywhere of Bangkok.

After wander through King Rama IX Park (which mention in last time) and feel hungry, we decide go to the nearby Chills Lay Seafood Buffet Restaurant for enjoy our dinner. Enjoy the size of fresh prawns as big as a human palm hand with only 449 baht including beverages☕🍵🥤 (except beer🍻🍺) and all you can eat buffet. Chills Lay Seafood Buffet Restaurant is more welcome by local side and seldom dining by tourist where Thai resident like to enjoy their dinner with BBQ and beer plus party chat. 

Thai Traditional atmosphere, dedicated to open air barbecue cuisine, clean and simple making it a very comfortable setting for a dinner. Because grilled is the main cuisine of the restaurant so Thai local smoke charcoal grill is put on each table. Open air barbecue it cause unbeatable aroma, the mouth-watering taste and the eye-catching look let us feel hungry. At Chills Lay, you are not only seeing assorted seafood, it also sees live prawns 🦐🦐🦐 swim in the water. With local fishing villages supplying freshly-caught giant prawns, crabs🦀🦀🦀, squid🐙🐙🐙, fish🐟🐟🐟 and shellfish🐚🐚🐚 of all shapes and sizes are the main reason for attract local Thai resident come for have a dinner.

Wa! Wa!😍😍😍 Serving seafood not only fresh and not only the prawn is bigger size with all the seafood size is bigger which is the normal size x 2. Barbecue plentiful of seafood is truly fascinating, and almost all of the people love to do it. Same as another restaurant, while wait for Barbecue, feel hungry, you can have to eat dishes immediately which prepared hot from wok on the table. Now my most miss is the fried crab🦀🦀🦀. The freshly scented crab with curry leaves, a bit salty and spicy, the taste spicy and salty just right. The fried bananas 🍌🍌 🍌 also quite good, outer layer is very crispy with inside a ripe golden sarcocarp, when you bite it like crunchy with soft, one word says: awesome.There are other cooked foods waiting for you to taste

Ok, after eating these two dishes, our protagonist is almost ready to be baked. Honestly say, for eat the BBQ seafood we dislike the not fresh seafood. But the seafood at here, fresh of local seafood with simply traditional Thai grilled, the delicious seafood that practically melt in my mouth, let us feel get even better. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy😋😋😋! Enjoy the delicate and wonderful taste to the two different varieties of crabs and prawns. Fresh of the oysters prepared for those who loved to eat it, while you can either grill or fresh to eat for a garnish of lemon. Although Chills Lay Seafood Buffet Restaurant has prepared a selection sauce to the customers, but we feel that its seafood ingredients are already very fresh and sweet so there is no points dip with the sauce.

BBQ doesn’t focus only on seafood, for a meat lover, you may be to select different variety of meat. We select grilled meat skewer consists of beef or pork🥩🥩🥩, onion, green peppers and mushroom skewers wrapped in bacon 🍢🍢🍢to balance our taste. Ya, we know some restaurant there got the limited time. But at here, you no need to rush for finish your meal in a certain time because buffet offer unlimited time, certainly no need spend a whole night at here. They are served in friendly, while you want take a taxi you can using English language for tell your destination and ask them help you to call a taxi.

Although Chills Lay Seafood is nothing flash about the spaces and not as big as other mega seafood places but fresh premium seafood and variety of meat, well-prepared, reasonably price and served in friendly, surely this place is a great, casual, dining experience.

泰国之旅 2018 （转机篇） 2018

我们的 #泰国之旅 （转机篇）

噢，马航把我们放在下班飞机从吉隆坡飞往曼谷。让我们从曼谷去到清迈的转机时间从六个小时缩短到三个小时。最重要的是这两班是不一样的航空公司。简单的说我们的行李箱不是直接从马来西亚吉隆玻送去泰国清迈。现在就看看我们如何在3个小时内办理转机手续，这其中包过1小时在曼谷机场购物。

转机基本只分两种。第一种就是同一间航空公司，但是两个以上目的地。就像上次我们去日本，搭同间航空公司可是中途有转站，这种转站就简单的多。你只要在你起飞办理登机手续时，你的行李箱会直接送去你的目的地。中途转站是不需要拿行李的。

记得，在领取行李箱的荧幕寻找你的航班飞机以节省时间

其二就想我们这次，购买两间不一样的航空公司。这转机方式就不一样了。下飞机后，请随着行李领取的标志前行。在还没领取你的行李前，一定要先入境柜台在护照上盖印。切记：一定要在机上或还没到入境柜台时填好入境卡（所谓的白卡）会比较方便。

到了行李领取时，不要急着到每个“行李领取旋转”检查你的行李在哪里。因为在曼谷机场有超过10个“行李领取旋转”。你只要在最靠近你的“行李领取”荧幕上寻找你的班机号码或起飞地点及航空公司名字及“行李领取旋转”就可以了。

再来就是在行李领取转盘领取你的行李

同样的在荧幕上寻找你的航班号码

在领取行李后走出机场大厅，过后直接到4楼。到了4楼后，同样的在班机起飞的荧幕上寻找你的班机号码或到达目的地及航空公司名字及柜台办理登机号码去办理登机手续。在办理登机及行李寄舱后，只要沿着国内起飞的标志前行。

在通过移民柜台后，我们可以去购物了。但可别只顾着购物而忘了上机哦。哈哈，开个小玩笑。

While Thailand has some awe-inspiring national parks, for the majority of people who dwell in Bangkok, it must spend a lot of time for getting out to those parks to commune with nature. It is sometimes hard to believe, but Bangkok does have some large parks, not only favour by Thai resident it also common to tourist for see flowers in full bloom and enjoy the beauty that nature can bring to soothing for the eyes👀👀👀and healing for the soul. 

We choose for go to King Rama IX Park also know as Suan Luang Rama IX Park, the largest public park you will find inside the city proper which occupies several hundred acres of land up in northeastern Bangkok. The park came into existence in 1987, built for the then 60th birthday celebrations of late king Bhumibol. For only 10 Baht, you can wander through the bluish-green artificial large lake, stone bridges, some beautiful pavilions and expansive gardens or the tropical foliage of the conservancy. It is a nature place of beauty to tourist understanding and appreciation of the natural world. 

Almost immediately after entering the expansive grounds, it is impossible to miss the park’s centrepiece: stands the golden Ratchamangkhala Pavilion a huge gold-and-white round architecture with obvious and elegance of structure. This is actually a full of exhibits that every area of the building focuses on the life and hobbies of the late kings. In the King Rama IX Park, you can either same as us, slow down and take a couple hours to enjoy the colorful herbaceous landscape🌳🌻🌴, strolling along the manicured trails, smell a fragrant scent and view the different kind of plant shapes and it is the home of an extensive array of different types of gardens.

在迪斯尼海洋里，我们观看“迷失的河三角洲” 的精彩演出后，我们在继续我们的旅程。可是这次我们不是惊心的冒险旅程，而是与小美人鱼爱丽儿和伙伴们来趟充满乐趣的优美旅程。这可爱五彩缤纷的景点乐园的对象是以幼儿，儿童为主。

[美人鱼珊瑚]的建造具有奇特贝壳风格的建筑让它看起来像海王宫让人家会有一种以为身在海底的感觉。在迪斯尼海洋中，小美人鱼爱丽儿和她的伙伴们允许我们进入海底世界，来看看她的藏宝箱或在洞窟中大冒险。美人鱼珊瑚里的室内乐园都是以海洋有关系；跳跃水母，史卡托的寄居蟹，小胖的飞鱼云霄飞车，河豚气球竞赛和旋转海藻杯。

音乐开始，一场海底王国的音乐会即将开始。可是却见不着爱丽儿的踪影，一位向往成为人类的小美人将她美妙的歌声呈现给观众。我们愉快地聆听爱丽儿的歌曲和音乐，同时观赏带有视觉效果和动态表演。

然而，你也可以搭乘电气化列车(使用2英尺6英寸（762毫米）窄规迪士尼海洋电力铁路) 往返【美国海滨】。【迪斯尼美国海港】；一个美丽的海港。虽然你是第一次看到它但是它却给你某种熟悉的感觉。

抵达美国海滨后，我们又来到了另一个时间隧道，20世纪初的纽约，新英格兰和鳕鱼角为主题的海港。您将在这充满朝气的主题海港，发掘大都会的繁华，同时又保留了新英格兰渔村的魅力。在【美国海港】，在这座城市的故事背景围绕着哈里逊•海陶伟三世一位在纽约具有力量和富有的人士。

在美国海滨，我们在充满美国浓浓味道的纽约市，美国大街和美国冒险上悠闲的散步。美国风格的百货公司和餐馆旁配有高架铁路，经典的美国剧院和展示各种船只的港口，这些建筑港口让这个地区更多的美国街头感觉。美国海滨拥有其他乐园地区更多的餐饮场所。在迪士尼海洋中，我们很高兴能吃到价格合理的美式快餐。

在美国海滨区，你可看到容易看到哈里逊•海陶伟三世惊魂古塔，他的「S.S.哥倫比亞」，这些都是他的象征，一直到他夺取了一尊受到诅咒的非洲雕像后就神秘消失了。在纽约区有一间被称为恐怖之塔的酒店，在1899年因有人在里头神秘失踪而被命名。

 

这是一则真人真事故事主人翁哈里逊•海陶伟三世在他自己建造的「高塔饭店」中举办了大型宴会展示了名叫「shiriki utundu」诅咒的雕像，这尊雕像是他从刚果河流域的慕坦铎族夺取的。宴会结束后，海陶伟三世搭乘电梯，准备前往自己位在旅馆最上层的房间。他所乘搭的电梯不知如何突然之后电梯突然失去控制，直接坠落到一楼大厅。但在因为坠落几乎全毁的电梯中，却不见他的踪影，只剩下一顶他喜欢佩戴的帽子，和那尊「shiriki utundu」雕像。后期【纽约市保存协会】认为高塔饭店是一栋「具有高价值的历史建筑」，因此进行了饭店的修复工程。协会将饭店修复后，举办了导览参观活动。

可是今日当你乘搭电梯到顶层会发生什么事吗？一场恐怖的经历正在等着你。它被归类为惊险之旅，就是这种恐怖让人心跳停止高潮的感觉让它成为迪斯尼海洋里其中一个热门游乐设施。

你可以登上20世纪早期在大城市流行的车子，并逐渐取代了马车。老式怀旧汽车载着我们悠闲地穿越城市的，让我们好像诞生在20世纪的纽约市一样。

我们喜欢以百老汇为主题，并且它是迪士尼海洋中最吸引人的表演之一。这是一个一流的剧院，演出“Big Band Beat”节目，演出舞蹈演员和现场乐队演奏20世纪40年代的风靡一时的摇摆和爵士乐曲调。可是我们游玩迪斯尼海洋时，表演居然休演。我真的真的好想看啊。

 

不过，你也可去另一个3D主题乐园 “玩具总动员疯狂游戏屋”。乘搭上电车，与胡迪，巴斯光年一起挑战精彩的射击游戏。因为我们在“阿拉伯海岸”观看3D秀，所以决定不参与。

由于迪斯尼乐园很大，里头又有一流的表演节目，紧张又刺激的游乐设施，愉快的气氛和各种迷人的风景，所以为何要游玩2日游的原因。因为游玩2日游，才有更多的时间放松享受它才不会游玩到太匆忙。

Fantasmic! 这个夜间娱乐表演节目把整个迪斯尼表演推上最高潮.夜幕下的地中海港湾，米奇化身成为魔法师的弟子，向游客呈献一场以“创想世界”为主题的夜间豪华娱乐表演。夜幕下的地中海港湾，《阿拉丁》、《仙履奇缘》等迪士尼动画电影中的人物接连现身巨型水幕，米奇勇敢对抗魔龙的场面将故事推向高潮，一场生龙活虎、神奇魔幻的水上表演在此上演。它也为迪斯尼海洋拉下一整天完美的落幕。

虽然之前我们在上海的迪斯尼乐园也观赏过夜间表演。当然是不一样种类的夜间表演，但对我们的来说，它们都提供了最好的和不同的视觉和感觉。

东京迪斯尼乐园会在每季售卖不一样主题的迪斯尼产品。我们去的时候刚好是遇到3月3号女儿节。所以我们购买到以雛人形为造型的米奇和米妮。

今年的2018年4月15日～2019年3月25日是东京迪斯尼乐园迎来开幕35周年。在这段时间去的朋友恭喜你，它启动为期345天的盛大庆祝活动——东京迪士尼度假区35周年庆“Happiest Celebration!”。

我们相信它会给大众带来更多的惊喜和限量产品。我们真的真的真的好想去多一次哦。

Come to the Siam we must go to Som Tam Nua, a very famous Thai Isaan restaurant in Siam🍽🍽🍽, Bangkok. Almost many of people think here is Papaya Salad specialty store but actually here is Isaan restaurant with serve northeast region of Thailand dishes. While we are tour in Chiang Mai on last week haven’t taste northeast region of Thailand dishes so come here must not miss for enjoy a good taste of dishes and by the way this is our second time for visit.

There are many variations of dishes🍴🍽 in this restaurant, but Papaya salad in Thai language call Som Tam are the represent dishes with serve different tasty of papaya salad from the original ‘Thai-style’. Which immature papaya is most popular; generally includes shredded, unripe papaya that is smashed together with chili🌶🌶, tomato🍅🍅, lime and peanuts🥜🥜. Others you can also choose baby crabs, mangoes, salted eggs, fried pigskin, etc. as Som Tam. The taste Papaya salad very fresh and the papaya were crisp. For those who love hot and sour dishes, you sure will love it😍😍 😍. It is spicy and sour and the wonderful flavor to it, sure enough it is one of the dishes that represent Thai dishes.

Haha, didn’t expect it. Fried chicken🍗🍗🍗is also one of the famous dishes of Thai-style northeast dishes. Fried chicken is marinated in more than 10 Thai spices and then deep fried to a crisp. With a fragrant, crispy and hot it will let you eat in addicted without knowing it😋😋😋. We suggest when the dish is coming out, you must eat it first.
